Our 2’s Program offers a gentle, nurturing introduction to the classroom experience for children who turn 2 by December 31.
Rooted in a play-based, child-led approach, the program invites toddlers to explore their world through music, movement, sensory play, and open-ended activities that reflect their emerging interests.
In a warm, caring environment, teachers recognize and support each child’s growing capabilities, encouraging independence and self-help skills throughout the day. Children practice handling and caring for materials, putting toys away, helping with simple clean-up, washing hands, feeding themselves, and beginning to follow familiar classroom routines. With thoughtful guidance, they learn to transition between activities, participate in group moments, and take pride in what they can do on their own.
Teachers follow each child’s natural curiosity and guide learning moments as they arise—laying the groundwork for social-emotional development, early language, and motor skills. Through meaningful play and responsive interactions, children build confidence, independence, and a joyful foundation for future learning.
